Step 1: Request President Young's Participation in an Event
Please complete the online Invitation form so President Young may learn about your request for him to participate in your event.
You will be notified of the status of your request within 3 weeks of submitting the form.
- Deadline for submission is 30 days in advance of the event. For requests under 30 days, please contact the Office of the President.
- We are unable to consider incomplete requests.
- Any change (i.e. start/end time, menu, venue, speakers, etc.) to your requested event requires approval. Contact the Office of the President immediately at 979.845.2217.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation and Submit Event Information Form
If it is possible for President Young to attend your event, you will receive confirmation and instructions on how to fill out and submit the Event Information Form.
This information is due 18 business days prior to the event date.
